Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je služby prezenčního mediální školení zaměřené na rozvoj komunikačních a prezentačních dovedností pracovníků ČHMÚ, kteří vystupují na veřejnosti a komunikují s médii. Celkový rozsah školení činí: • 5 kurzů, • každý v délce 8 hodin, • konaných prezenčně v prostorách Objednatele. Obsah školení zahrnuje zejména: • pravidla komunikace s médii, • přípravu na rozhovory a vystoupení, • práci s novinářskými dotazy, • reakci na kritické či oponentní argumenty, • zásady sebejistého verbálního i neverbálního projevu, • simulace mediálních rozhovorů, • nácvik vystoupení před kamerou. Rozsah školení: • 8–10 účastníků v jedné skupině, • realizace 2× ročně, • celkem bude v průběhu realizace projektu proškoleno 50 osob. Veřejná zakázka je ze 100 % financována Operačním programem Jana Ámose Komenského („Dotační program“) v rámci projektu „Inovace strategického řízení Českého hydrometeorologického ústavu“(reg. číslo projektu CZ.02.01.01/00/23_026/0011461 („Projekt“).
