Original language: DutchAls recordmanager verzorg je de contacten en werkzaamheden rondom twee programma’s waarin recordmanagement een belangrijke rol speelt en begeleid je de ontwikkelingen die nodig zijn voor de betreffende projecten of voor de implementatie ervan gericht op het DIV Team. De programma’s gaan over de Wet Open Overheid en over het efficiënter werken aan dossiers. In nauwe samenwerking met de projectteams, de collega recordmanagers en de senior DIV medewerkers draag jij zorg voor een effectieve verandering en optimale informatiehuishouding. De totale omvang van deze uitvraag bedraagt 36 uur per week. Aanbestedende dienst beoogt deze uren in te vullen met de hoogst scorende kandidaat uit de beoordeling. Indien de als nummer 1 geëindigde kandidaat minder dan 36 uur per week beschikbaar is (met een minimum van 18 uur), behoudt de aanbestedende dienst zich het recht voor om voor de resterende uren (tot het totaal van 36 uur) een overeenkomst aan te gaan met de daaropvolgende kandidaat in de ranglijst (nummer 2), mits deze kandidaat eveneens aan alle gestelde eisen voldoet. In het geval dat de nummer 1 volledig beschikbaar is voor 36 uur, zal de gehele opdracht aan deze kandidaat worden gegund en vindt er geen gunning plaats aan een tweede kandidaat.
