De scope van deze opdracht betreft het volgende hoofdonderwerp, te weten: Het verder door ontwikkelen van inhoudelijk belangrijke onderwerpen in de rekentool, op een vergelijkbare manier als de huidige onderwerpen in het rekenmodel. In de huidige versie van De Renovatieverkenner is een uitwerking gemaakt voor indicatoren voor de aspecten binnenklimaat, zomer- en wintercomfort, kosten, energiegebruik en de maximale elektriciteitsvraag. In de afgelopen jaren is duidelijk geworden dat aanvullende indicatoren gewenst zijn in de uitwerking die momenteel niet of onvoldoende uitgewerkt en/of geïntegreerd zijn. We denken hier aan netcongestie, verduurzaming van wijken, koeling, aanvullende indicatoren voor binnenklimaat en materiaalgebruik.
