Lisäksi kadun alle rakennetaan hulevesiputkisto johtamaan katualueelle valuvat sade- ja sulamisvedet hallitusti muualle maastoon ja vesistöön. Hulevesilinja rakennetaan ajoradan ja kevyen liikenteen väylän väliin. Saneeraukseen kuuluu päällysrakenteen uusiminen, kevyenliikenteenväylän rakentaminen ja hulevesilinjan rakentaminen. Meijeritien osa 2 rakentamiseen kuuluu myös katuvalojen uusiminen suunnitelmapiirustusten ja sähkötyöselostuksen mukaisesti välillä Virtaintie– Pöyhösentie eli pylväät 1-15. Asfaltointi ei kuitenkaan kuulu tähän urakkaan.,
