Las consultas sobre la adjudicación deberán realizarse dentro del plazo fatal de 5 días hábiles administrativos contados desde la publicación en el Sistema de Información www.mercadopublico.cl, a través del correo electrónico de la persona responsable del contrato La entidad licitante dispondrá del mismo tiempo indicado precedentemente para responder, contados desde el vencimiento del plazo para presentar estas consultas. Este plazo no afectará la vigencia de contratación. Se permitirá la presentación de certificaciones o antecedentes que los oferentes hayan omitido presentar al momento de efectuar la oferta, siempre que dichas certificaciones o antecedentes se hayan producido u obtenido con anterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas o se refieran a situaciones no mutables entre el vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas y el período de evaluación. Tratándose de certificaciones o antecedentes incompletos o no firmados por quien se exija en estas bases, se entenderán como no presentados oportunamente y podrá aplicarse lo dispuesto en esta cláusula.No obstante, lo anterior, no se aceptarán certificados que se encuentren en “trámite” o “no vigentes”. Para dichas presentaciones de certificaciones o antecedentes se otorgará un plazo fatal de 2 días corridos, contados desde su comunicación al oferente por parte de la entidad licitante, la que se informará a través del Sistema de información www.mercadopublico.cl. La responsabilidad de revisar oportunamente dicho sistema durante el período de evaluación recae exclusivamente en los respectivos oferentes.
