Scheduled bus passenger transport

SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT: The subject of the procurement is the provision of scheduled bus passenger transport services: The winning bidder's task is - within the framework of a public service contract - to operate the scheduled, local, public bus transport network within the administrative boundaries of the City of Dunakeszi. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT: The winning bidder shall - as detailed in the timetable which forms an annex to the Procurement Documents - provide scheduled bus passenger transport services on a total of 7 lines, thereby operating the local, public bus transport network of the city of Dunakeszi. The winning bidder shall provide the service in accordance with the conditions specified in the public service contract, adhering to the quality requirements set out in the Statement of Work, and using the timetable approved by the Client. QUANTITY DATA OF THE PROCUREMENT: - expected annual route mileage: 362,000 km/year; - expected route mileage broken down by day: Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 1403 km/day; weekends (Saturday-Sunday-holidays): 275 km/day; - number of lines: 7; - expected number of passengers: 40,500 persons/month, 486,000 persons/year. Vehicle fleet required for service provision: The Contracting Authority stipulates that at least 5 solo buses + 1 reserve solo bus are required for task fulfillment. The reserve bus must be located at the place designated by the Contracting Authority and must be continuously available. The requirements for the buses are detailed in the "Statement of Work" which is part of the procurement documents. As a supplementary service, the winning bidder is responsible for operating a customer service available online and by phone, where the Service Provider receives reports from the public, any complaints sent by the Client, and processes and investigates them within 3 working days, sending feedback to the reporter. The Contracting Authority stipulates the possibility of quantitative deviation: Taking into account the legal provisions in accordance with Section 58 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority stipulates the possibility of a deviation of 10% (i.e., +/- 10%) from the stated quantity regarding the expected annual route mileage (362,000 km/year). The detailed rules related to the provision of the service are included in the Draft Contract and Statement of Work, which form an annex to the Procurement Documents.
