Original language: isVerkið snýr að jarðvinnu fyrir nýbyggingu sunnan við núverandi Safnahús við Faxatorg á Sauðárkróki. Framkvæmdir fela m.a. í sér uppgröft á óburðarhæfum jarðvegi sem verður fjarlægður og hann fluttur á viðurkenndan losunarstað. Að loknum uppgreftri skal komið fyrir burðarhæfri fyllingu, til undirbúnings frekari byggingarframkvæmdum. Auk þess nær verkið til jarðvegsskipta vegna framkvæmda á lóð menningarhússins. Hluti jarðvatnslagna vegna hússins er innifalinn í verkinu, sem og gerð heimæða fyrir fráveitu inn á lóð hússins. Sérstakar kröfur eru gerðar um hæfni og reynslu bjóðenda. Helstu magntölur: Gröftur á lausum jarðvegi u.þ.b. 7300 m3. Fyllingar u.þ.b. 7800 m3. Fráveitulagnir 280m. Útboðsgögn verða afhent gjaldfrjálst á rafrænu formi frá og með 5. maí 2026. Óska skal eftir útboðsgögnum í tölvupósti á netfangið stod@stodehf.is. Tilboðum skal skila í lokuðu umslagi til Stoðar verkfræðistofu ehf., Aðalgötu 21, 550 Sauðárkróki eða í tölvupósti á netfangið stod@stodehf.is. Tilboð verða opnuð þar föstudaginn 22. maí 2026, kl. 13:00. Áætlað er að framkvæmdir hefjist í lok maí 2026. Verkinu í heild skal að fullu lokið eigi síðar en 31. júlí 2026.
