Construction tasks: the winning bidder is also obliged to perform the construction works specified in the detailed price list. The works must not interfere with patient care. The winning bidder is obliged to hand over the goods at the exact location determined by the Contracting Authority within the place of performance (procurement includes transport to the place of performance), and to carry out the commissioning tasks. For Part 1, the replacement of the two X-ray machines and the associated construction works must be carried out sequentially, i.e., the operation of one device must be continuously ensured. Warranty: 12 months. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), if the documentation (public procurement technical description) refers to a specific standard, technical approval, technical specifications, technical recommendation, or product, origin or type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the designation, based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or a better solution than those specified in the documentation. The bidder - if they intend to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to - must submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their bid. The Contracting Authority draws the bidders' attention to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may be, in particular (but not exclusively), technical documentation from the manufacturer or the certification of an independent, professionally recognized organization.
