Description

De kern van de Opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van de tweejaarlijkse MCU-gesprekken. Daarnaast kunnen wij optioneel aanvullende diensten afnemen. Het gaat om: • post-traumagesprekken; • psychologische begeleiding voor, tijdens en na impactvolle zittingen; • het opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers bij collegiale opvang; • training mentale kracht. Mede gebaseerd op ervaringscijfers van de afgelopen jaren en de verwachte toekomstige behoefte, is de omvang van de Opdracht geraamd. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt gemiddeld € 200.000,-- exclusief btw per jaar, derhalve € 800.000,-- exclusief btw over een looptijd van 4 jaar. Er worden op dit moment tussen de 200 en 300 MCU gesprekken per jaar gevoerd. Om te voorkomen dat de contractuele maximumwaarde tussentijds wordt overschreden en de raamovereenkomst voor het beoogde einde van de looptijd haar effect zou verliezen, sluiten we de raamovereenkomst af met een maximale opdrachtwaarde van € 1.200.000,-- exclusief btw. Factoren die van invloed kunnen zijn op de daadwerkelijke omvang zijn onder meer natuurlijke fluctuaties in de behoefte, politiek bestuurlijke ontwikkelingen en ontwikkelingen in het maatschappelijk debat over specifieke onderwerpen.
