Ambulance Service Uniforms and Accessories

The purpose of this public procurement is to purchase, within the framework of a framework purchase agreement, for the National Ambulance Service up to a total frame value of HUF 2,520,000,000 net. The contracting authority undertakes to draw down 70% of the specified frame value and does not undertake to draw down 30% of the specified frame value. Planned quantities: 14,000 pcs, Jackets, 20,000 pcs Thermo (warm lining) jackets; 36,000 pcs Trousers, 15,000 pcs "OMSZ" woven company logo, 12,000 pairs Knee protector, 12,000 pcs Belt, 24,000 pcs Detachable pockets (trousers) The contracting authority emphasizes that the quantities listed in this call and in the price list issued as part of the procurement documents are planned quantities, which the contracting authority has provided for the comparability of offers. Settlement (invoicing) will be based on the quantities actually ordered/delivered during the term of the contract, based on the unit prices provided by the winning bidder, up to the specified frame value. The offered net unit prices must include all incidental costs incurred until the delivery of the products at the place of performance, beyond which the winning bidder may not charge any further incidental costs to the contracting authority. The requirements for the products to be procured are included in the technical specification. The requirements for the fulfillment of the contract are included in the draft contract. The contracting authority also accepts offers that are technically, functionally, and qualitatively equivalent to the standard, technical approval, technical specification, technical recommendation, or type specified in the call and technical documentation, instead of them. The mention of a manufacturer or type in the call and documentation was made to clearly define the subject matter. Any mention of a type or manufacturer shall be understood as "or equivalent". The bidder must prove and support the equivalence with appropriate documents in their offer. (Sections 46 (3) and (5) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30.)).
