Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy kilpailuttaa Helsingin kaupungin liikenneliikelaitoksen ja Länsimetro Oy:n toimeksiannosta metroradan kiskojen profilointipalvelun. Hankinnan kohteena on yhden hiontakokonaisuuden toteutus. Yksi hiontakokonaisuus kattaa koko metroradan kantametron ja länsimetron alueella Helsingissä ja Espoossa. Palvelun aloitusajankohta on viimeistään tammikuussa 2027. Palvelu voidaan aloittaa myös aikaisemmin, aikaisintaan joulukuussa 2026, mikäli tilaaja ja toimittaja yhdessä toteavat aloituksen olevan tuolloin mahdollinen.
