Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky (dále jen "VZ") je uzavření rámcové dohody s více dodavateli (maximálně s pěti, minimálně však se dvěma) na poskytnutí služby mezinárodních přeprav techniky, materiálu a osob do prostoru nasazení jednotek rezortu Ministerstva obrany v konkrétní operaci a zpět na vzdálenost od místa nakládky do 15 000 km a podle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele. Na zajištění konkrétních přeprav budou zadávány jednotlivé dílčí VZ podle rámcové dohody, a to na základě tzv. "minitendrů", tj. s obnovením soutěže mezi účastníky rámcové dohody podle § 132 odst. 3 písm. a) ZZVZ.
