Lot 1 will comprise the full weathered building envelope, broadly including the following; Site excavation, including foundations and footings Concrete foundations and bases Steel frame and associated secondary steelwork Roof Cladding Windows and external doors Curtain walling and associated glazing Lot 2 with comprise all other works associated with the completion of the project including; Internal walls and composite flooring to store rooms and meeting rooms Mech and Elect works Internal doors and joinery Specialist sports floor Painting and flooring Handrailing and escape stairs
