Procurement of Microsoft CSP licenses

Procurement of Microsoft software products and solutions with governmental licensing eligibility for the National Institute for Sport Development and Methodology (Sport Institute). The detailed product list for the subject of the procedure is formed by 1,030 items (693 items + 337 optional items) in the technical description / detailed price list, which is part of the KD. Method of calling options: - Optional items can be called in several installments, by individual order, during the validity of the contract. - In case of calling options, the winning bidder shall provide the optional items at the net unit price (net Ft) offered for each product in the detailed price list (Microsoft_CSP_licencek_részletes_árajánlat_sablon.xlsx) to the contracting authority. - Exchange rate tracking will be applied for the Optional Items. The settlement of the Hungarian Forint equivalent of the Optional Items will be made at the mid-price published by the National Bank of Hungary on the day of the invoice date. The contract will be concluded for a fixed term of 1 year from the entry into force of the contract. The contracting authority requests the licenses to be activated and assigned in its own (used) Microsoft M365 account (tenant) and to hand over the required documents. The technical description and the draft contract contain the specific parameters required for the provision of CSP licenses, general technical requirements and the tasks of the winning bidder, as well as the contractual conditions in detail.
