Microsoft Trading Partner Framework Agreement

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Microsoft trading partner framework agreement for legally compliant, economical and transparent procurement of Microsoft licenses based on the BMI group contract (price tier A) as well as for the provision of services defined in the service description. DAK-Gesundheit bases its Microsoft license procurement on the framework conditions of the Microsoft Business and Services Agreement (MBSA) concluded between the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) and Microsoft, including the associated platform and component agreements (BMI group contract). The scope of services essentially includes the following service areas: - Support for the client in acquiring the corresponding product and usage rights from Microsoft and in retrieving the licenses to be ordered from the Enterprise Agreement (EA), the Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE), the Online Services and the Select Plus contract, and taking over their processing, - Advice and support in selecting suitable contract and license models based on the BMI group contract, including usage-dependent, user-based and hybrid licensing forms, - Advice and support in selecting suitable Microsoft products and technologies, especially in evaluating different usage scenarios (on-premises, online, hybrid) and in architectural and technological decision-making processes, - Strategic consulting and analysis services in the Microsoft environment to support the client in further developing the Microsoft license, contract and cloud strategy and in providing sound decision-making bases, - Support in the event of a Microsoft software audit, including technical advice, accompanying communication with Microsoft and preparation of license-relevant data, - Provision of training services, both in the form of current Microsoft Official Courses and practice-oriented workshops and individual training formats, - Support in managing contracts, licenses and products in the relevant Microsoft portals, - Provision of information services in the Microsoft environment, - optionally available: electronic connection for processing, technical support and transactional services. The contract duration is 36 months. The client is entitled to extend the contract once for a further 12 months. In addition to the operational processing of license procurement, the contractor is to support the client in the economical management and further development of the Microsoft license and cloud landscape.
