Oslobygg KF har behov for å etablere en midlertidig rammeavtale for sammensatte håndverkertjenester. Bakgrunnen for anskaffelsen er en pågående tvist knyttet til den ordinære anskaffelsen av rammeavtale for sammensatte håndverkertjenester. Som følge av tvisten er gjennomføringen av den ordinære anskaffelsen satt på vent.
