Warunki i wymagania realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa również TOM II SWZ (PPU) – Projektowane postanowienia umowne (wzór dla części 1 – 5). 2. Minimalny wymagany okres gwarancji na Przedmiot zamówienia (dla każdej części od 1 do 5) wynosi 24 miesiące, licząc od dnia odbioru Przedmiotu zamówienia (podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego odrębnie dla każdej części), bez zastrzeżeń. 3.Maksymalny wymagany termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia dla części od 1 do 5: nie później niż do 20.08.2026r. – z uwagi na zakończenie i konieczność rozliczenia Projektu, z którego finansowany jest Przedmiot Zamówienia, dotyczy każdej części).
