Original language: FrenchLe présent accord-cadre à bons de commande a pour objet : Mise en œuvre des démarches administratives et réglementaires visant le projet d'installation de barrages flottants anti-sargasses à Saint-François, et fourniture, pose, maintenance et entretien des barrages sur le littoral de Saint-François. Les caractéristiques principales sont les suivantes : La Commune de Saint-François met en œuvre un projet d'installation de barrages flottants anti-sargasses, visant à protéger environ 1 615 mètres linéaires de son littoral. Ce projet nécessite l'obtention préalable de toutes les autorisations et déclarations requises pour garantir sa légalité et sa faisabilité technique. Par la suite, la fourniture et la pose du barrage devront intervenir, les études de courantologie préalablement réalisées permettant d’exécuter cette prestation de façon techniquement viable et efficace afin de lutter contre l’échouage massif de sargasses sur le territoire de Saint-François. Le premier objectif de cette consultation est d'externaliser l'obtention des actes administratifs, assurant ainsi la sécurité juridique du projet. La prestation vise l'obtention de deux livrables principaux : 1. Le Récépissé de Déclaration au titre de la Loi sur l'Eau (Police de l'Eau). 2. L'Arrêté d'Autorisation d'Occupation Temporaire (AOT) du Domaine Public Maritime (DPM). Lieu d’exécution ou de livraison : COMMUNE DE SAINT-FRANCOIS Cet accord-cadre vise également l’objectif d’effectuer la fourniture et la pose des barrages sur le littoral de la commune, et d’effectuer leur maintenance et leur entretien. Les prestations attendues sont détaillées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières.
