L'accord- cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum est de 1 300 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots. La consultation est lancée par Vienne Condrieu Agglomération. A compter du 31 janvier 2027, le marché est transféré aux communes concernées regroupées en groupement de commande coordonné par Vienne Condrieu Agglomération au titre de l'article L.5211-4-4 du CGCT (suite à la restitution de la compétence téléalarme aux communes). Les communes concernées : Ampuis, Chasse sur Rhone, Chonas-l'Amballan, Chuzelles, Condrieu, Estrablin, Eyzin-Pinet, Jardin, Les Côtes d'Arey, Les Haies, Loire sur Rhône, Luzinay, Meyssiez, Moidieu-Détourbe, Pont-Evêque, Reventin-Vaugris, Saint Cyr sur le Rhône, Saint Romain en Gal, Saint Sorlin de Vienne, Sainte-Colombe, Septème, Serpaize, Seyssuel, Tupin et Semons, Vienne, Villette de Vienne.
