- The Government of the Republic of Cameroon, through the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, has received financing from the World Bank to cover the cost of the Project for the Improvement of Connectivity, Resilience and Inclusion along the Mora-Dabanga-Kousseri road corridor (PACRI-MDK) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments for consulting services.
- The consulting services (“the Services”) include for women’s groups: targeting, structuring, capacity building and coaching; economic development, business plan support and access to financing; organizational structuring, governance and sustainability; monitoring and evaluation, reporting and capitalization. These services will be carried out over 30 months. Terms of Reference can be obtained from the PACRI-MDK Coordination Unit in Maroua at Pitoaré next to the KALIAO club and in Yaoundé at the MINEPAT annex building between the Lissouck roundabout and the YEYAP camp.
- The Coordinator of the Special Program for the Reconstruction and Development of the Far North Region hereby invites eligible firms/NGOs/CSOs (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating:
- legal existence: copy of the articles of incorporation (trade register, registration certificate, etc.), document proving that the bidder has no tax debt;
