Original language: FrenchDans le cadre de son plan travaux, Chambres d'agriculture France envisage la rénovation énergétique globale et la mise en conformité des immeubles George V et Marceau au regard du Décret Tertiaire relatif aux obligations d'actions de réduction de la consommation d'énergie finale dans des bâtiments à usage tertiaire. L'estimation du montant des travaux se situe autour de 6 742 000 euros HT. Le marché vise à choisir un assistant à maîtrise d'ouvrage qui aura pour mission d'accompagner Chambres d'agriculture France dans le suivi et le déroulement des travaux avec comme missions principales : - Analyser de manière critique les études produites par la MOE, sans se substituer à elle ; - Sécuriser les objectifs de l'opération (coût, délai, performance énergétique, qualité) ; - Identifier les risques opérationnels liés au site occupé, aux contraintes patrimoniales ou techniques ; - Éclairer les décisions stratégiques de CDAF par des avis argumentés ; - Structurer et accompagner la gestion interne du projet ; - Suivre les travaux d'un point de vue stratégique ; - Organiser, planifier et piloter le transfert d'occupants ; - Accompagner la phase de réception et la GPA.
