This framework agreement concerns the execution of administrative, financial, and procurement audit missions for consortia that were successful in the second edition of the PeA (Programme d'Excellence Agricole). The scope of work involves conducting two audits for each selected consortium: one mid-term audit and one end-of-project audit. With eight projects having been selected, this will result in a total of sixteen audits to be performed under this agreement. The framework agreement is established for a duration of 48 months and is not renewable. It is concluded with mixed pricing, comprising a lump-sum component, which will be executed upon notification of the framework agreement, and a unit-price component, which will be executed progressively through the issuance of purchase orders. The agreement includes no minimum commitment regarding the total value but has a maximum commitment of €350,000 excluding tax (HT) over its entire duration, in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code. This procurement process seeks qualified auditors to ensure the proper administrative, financial, and procurement management of the selected agricultural excellence projects.
