Original language: FrenchLe présent accord-cadre a objet la désignation d'un commissaire aux comptes titulaire et, le cas échéant, d'un commissaire aux comptes suppléant, en charge de la certification des comptes de l'ANR et des vérifications spécifiques prévues par les textes légaux et réglementaires pour la période 2026-2031 et d'interventions complémentaires de diagnostic, d'analyse et de conseil. Il est conclu pour une durée de 6 ans. Il n'est pas reconductible. Il est conclu à prix mixtes et s'exécute, pour sa partie forfaitaire, à la notification de l'accord-cadre, et, pour sa partie à prix unitaires, il s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. Il est conclu sans engagement sur le montant minimum et avec engagement sur le montant maximum fixé, sur sa durée globale, à 738 000 Euros HT, conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 du code de la commande publique.
