Les missions confiées au Titulaire s'inscrivent dans le cadre des projets de création, de modification, de renouvellement ou de mise en conformité des systèmes de sécurité incendie du domaine ferroviaire de la RATP, des établissements industriels et des établissements tertiaires. Pour chaque projet, la RATP dispose au moins d'un programme qui explicite ses besoins dans le domaine de la "sécurité incendie".
