Original language: FrenchLe présent marché a pour objet la réalisation d'une mission de diagnostic (DIAG), élément de mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre au sens des articles R.2431-19 et suivants du Code de la commande publique (CCP) et de l'annexe 20 du CCP. Les prestations consistent à fournir au maître d'ouvrage l'ensemble des éléments techniques, fonctionnels, réglementaires, énergétiques, économiques et patrimoniaux nécessaires à la définition du programme de réhabilitation ainsi qu'à la préparation d'une éventuelle consultation ultérieure de maîtrise d'oeuvre ou de travaux.
