Original language: FrenchLe présent marché a pour objet de confier au maître d'oeuvre les éléments de mission suivants ou définis dans l'acte d'engagement : - Les études diagnostics (DIAG) - Les études d'avant-projet sommaire (APS) - Les études d'avant-projet définitif (APD) - Les études de projet (PRO) - L'assistance à la passation des Marché de travaux (AMT) - L'animation de la cellule de synthèse (SYN) et le visa (VISA) des études d'exécution à la charge des opérateurs économiques de travaux - L'Ordonnancement, le Pilotage et la Coordination (OPC) - L'organisation de la relation locataires - La Direction de l'Exécution du (ou des) contrat(s) de Travaux (DET) - L'assistance lors des opérations de réception et pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement (AOR) - Le diagnostic « Produits, équipements, matériaux et déchets » (PEMD) - Les études thermiques 3CL-DPE 2021 avant / après travaux Les interventions devront permettre de répondre aux objectifs de la Maîtrise d'ouvrage qui sont - De répondre à la loi Climat et Résilience selon l'échéancier fixé, par l'éradication des étiquettes G et F, et par anticipation des étiquettes E ; - De réaliser cette opération de travaux dans une temporalité et un calendrier optimisé, et en lien avec les travaux de résidentialisation également objet de la présente opération ; - D'améliorer la valeur patrimoniale et commerciale des logements ; - De proposer aux locataires des logements aux standards de confort et de fonctionnalité augmentés
