Le Groupe Scolaire Oscar Cleret est situé au 19 Rue Beaufort dans la Commune d'Arras. Il se composé de 2 bâtiments indépendants physiquement fonctionnellement, à savoir : - L'école Primaire datant de 1967, regroupant 22 classes sur une surface de plancher de 2200m² - L'école Maternelle datant de 1966, regroupant 5 classes, sur une surface de plancher de 950m². Une extension a été construite en 2015 afin d'accueillir le réfectoire. Les enjeux du projet dans les grandes lignes sont : - Rénovation énergétique, en vue d'atteindre les niveaux du label BBC Rénovation - Travaux d'installation de panneaux photovoltaïques en autoconsommation collective - Travaux d'entretien et de maintenance du bâti et des équipements, notamment par le remplacement des équipements vétustes - Corrections par rapport à l'usage actuel et/ou futur, notamment en ce qui concerne le hall de l'école primaire et la création d'un patio - Prise en compte des différents rapports réglementaires : o Accessibilité o Amiante o Sécurité incendie - Mise en place de structures modulaires :le projet de rénovation énergétique sera effectué en site occupé, il nécessite de mettre en place une installation de structures modulaires afin d'assurer la continuité de la scolarité et des activités périscolaires.
