L’opération portera essentiellement sur : - L’amélioration fonctionnelle du bâtiment internat au bât C0 avec la rénovation de l’ensemble des chambres et des locaux annexes de l’internat, de la salle polyvalente, des logements, et des locaux ARL. - L’extension de locaux d’enseignement au bâtiment A0 qui accueillera le Centre de Connaissances et de Cultures (CCC) et les espaces pédagogiques, - Le traitement de l’enveloppe du bâtiment, à la mise en accessibilité handicaps, et à divers travaux connexes. - Cette opération devra prendre en compte l’organisation des travaux en site occupé selon un phasage et le désamiantage de certains locaux.
