In dem geplanten Neubau werden die Zentrale Sterilgutversorgung (ZSVA) und die Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA) untergebracht. Auf dem Dach des Gebäudes wird ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz errichtet. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die folgenden Gewerke: Mittelspannungsanlagen für die Versorgung des Neubaus DHZC. Die Ausführung beinhaltet Anlagen aus den Kostengruppen 441, 442, 444, 446 und 449 zur Herstellung der Erschließung und Versorgung des Neubaus DHZC mit Mittelspannung aus dem Campusnetz.
