MNM - Esztergom Castle Museum, MNM – Vértesszőlős

Provision of room supervision and related tasks at the Hungarian National Museum Collection Centre's Esztergom Castle Museum (1) and the MNMKK Vértesszőlős Exhibition Site (2). 1. Provision of room supervision services in the entire building complex of the MNM Esztergom Castle Museum (2500 Esztergom, Szent István tér 1.) (hereinafter: Castle Museum): The planned duration of the service from March 15, 2026: from November to March: daily, except Monday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM; from April to October: daily, except Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. In case of different opening hours, upon prior order. Planned number of staff providing the service: 5 - 7 people/day (the exact number of staff will be specified in the written order (schedule) sent in advance by the Client (weekly) during performance). Due to planned large-scale renovation/permanent exhibition reconstruction work affecting the Castle Museum, the Client plans to reopen the Castle Museum from March 15, 2026, therefore it only requires room supervision services from this date. The exact opening date and the start of the service provision will be included in the written order (schedule) sent in advance by the Client. The tasks during room supervision include in particular: ● Opening and closing the area, continuous monitoring; ● Supervision of exhibited items, ensuring order in the exhibition areas; ● Supervision of the exhibition area assigned to the room attendant (regular inspection of the area, monitoring visitor movement, picking up any paper waste dropped by visitors); ● Operation and supervision of interactive devices placed in the exhibition; ● Operation of security devices in the exhibition area assigned to the room attendant, regular checking of their operability; ● Checking the affected location in case of alarm or event; ● Initiating measures in the exhibition area assigned to the room attendant if necessary, alerting the Museum's operations manager, and if necessary, assisting in securing the area, rescuing visitors and/or artifacts; ● Continuous monitoring of the area under their charge through inspections, monitoring visitor movement and politely warning those who violate the rules; ● Ensuring compliance with the museum's visiting regulations; ● Preventing visitors from engaging in behavior that endangers exhibited items, causes damage, commits violations or offenses, through polite warnings and requests in the area under their charge; ● Assisting in the organization of museum events based on prior agreement; ● Answering visitor questions about history and tourism (based on information from training organized by the Client); ● Maintaining an event log. The condition for concluding the contract is that the winning bidder (AT) has 3 room attendants available during the performance, who have at least secondary education and a clean criminal record. If the winning AT does not prove the availability of the aforementioned professionals by the time the contract is concluded, the Client will consider it a withdrawal from the contract conclusion and apply the related legal consequences. AT must declare the availability of professionals in its offer, and the winning AT must present the CVs of the professionals intended for the performance before the contract is concluded, from which it must be clear that the professional has at least secondary education and at least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher/room attendant/building supervisor. 2. Provision of room supervision and related tasks at the MNM Vértesszőlős Exhibition Site (2837 Vértesszőlős, former quarry) on an ad hoc basis.
