The tasks during room supervision include in particular: ● Opening and closing the area, continuous monitoring; ● Supervision of exhibited items, ensuring order in the exhibition areas; ● Supervision of the exhibition area assigned to the room attendant (regular inspection of the area, monitoring visitor movement, picking up any paper waste dropped by visitors); ● Operation and supervision of interactive devices placed in the exhibition; ● Operation of security devices in the exhibition area assigned to the room attendant, regular checking of their operability; ● Checking the affected location in case of alarm or event; ● Initiating measures in the exhibition area assigned to the room attendant if necessary, alerting the Museum's operations manager, and if necessary, assisting in securing the area, rescuing visitors and/or artifacts; ● Continuous monitoring of the area under their charge through inspections, monitoring visitor movement and politely warning those who violate the rules; ● Ensuring compliance with the museum's visiting regulations; ● Preventing visitors from engaging in behavior that endangers exhibited items, causes damage, commits violations or offenses, through polite warnings and requests in the area under their charge; ● Assisting in the organization of museum events based on prior agreement; ● Answering visitor questions about history and tourism (based on information from training organized by the Client); ● Maintaining an event log.
