Door de strakke leveringsdatum van de mobiele commandoposten om de omvorming van 1GNC naar een Warfighing Corps Headquarters te realiseren, is gebruik gemaakt van de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande oproep tot mededinging. De configuratie van de trailers van Expandable B.V. zorgt ervoor dat 1GNC snel genoeg kan verplaatsen, kunnen tijdig geleverd worden en zorgen voor voldoende werkplekken.
