Office furniture required for the mobile team

Procurement of office furniture required for the work of the clinical palliative mobile team and equipment for the establishment of the palliative outpatient clinic within the framework of a purchase agreement. The tenderer must offer factory new products that have not been used before. The winning tenderer must guarantee that the goods sold by them are factory new and have not been used before. The contracting authority applies the provisions of § 10 (e) of Government Decree No. 235/2024 (VIII. 8.) on environmental requirements applicable in public procurement. The tenderer shall provide furniture products that are covered by a warranty of at least three years from the date of delivery. The tenderer shall also ensure the availability of spare parts or functionally equivalent components for at least three years from the date of delivery of the furniture product. Pursuant to § 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30.), if the technical description refers to a thing of a specific make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or refers to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or specific origin or manufacturing process, the designation shall be made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and the words "or equivalent" shall be understood to follow the designation, based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or a better solution than those specified in the documentation. The tenderer - if intending to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to - is obliged to submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their offer. The Contracting Authority draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may be, in particular (but not exclusively), technical documentation from the manufacturer or a certification from an independent, professionally recognized organization.
