I Norsk Tippings digitale satsning spiller elektroniske kommunikasjonsformer med selskapets kunder og ansatte en sentral rolle, og herunder følger behovet for denne anskaffelsen.
Selskapets eksisterende avtale med Telenor for dette område utløper 31.12.2026 og skal erstattes av en ny avtale. Det er viktig at leverandøren tar et helhetlig ansvar for løsning.
BEHOV SOM SKAL DEKKES
En ny avtale skal dekke Norsk Tipping behov for:
· Framtidsrettede og kostnadseffektive mobilabonnementer (Ca. 470 pr i dag)
· Løsning for køhåndtering
· Automatisert løsning for trekk av innholdstjenester
· Full mobildekning i NT sitt bygg
· Fremtidig løsninger innenfor kommunikasjonstjenester og mobilkommunikasjon
· Kjøp av utstyr
· IP-telefoni og nummerserier
· Støtte for E-Sim

BEFARING HOS NORSK TIPPING TORSDAG 16 JUNI FRA KL.09:00
På grunn av byggets konstruksjon og bygningstekniske forhold, herunder vegger i betong og stål, har dagens leverandør etablert en intern basestasjon med tilhørende antenneløsning for å sikre tilfredsstillende mobildekning innendørs. Norsk Tipping har i dag full mobildekning i bygget.
Norsk Tipping stiller krav om at leverandøren skal tilby full mobildekning med minimum 4G-teknologi i hele bygningsmassen. Løsningen skal være fremtidsrettet og dimensjonert for virksomhetens behov. 5G-teknologi foretrekkes.
Med bakgrunn i dette tilbys det befaring. Befaring hos Norsk Tipping vil finne sted torsdag 16 juni fra klokken 09.00.
