Per 2026 zijn in de cao Werken voor Waterschappen nieuwe mobiliteitsafspraken opgenomen. Eén van deze afspraken is dat de werkgever de werknemer op diens verzoek een openbaarvervoerkaart ter beschikking kan stellen in ruil voor de bestaande vergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer. De directie van Waterschap AGV heeft op basis van het directievoorstel mobiliteitsregeling AGV besloten de mobiliteitsregeling in te voeren. Daarbij heeft de directie als uitgangspunten vastgesteld dat de regeling moet bijdragen aan: • duurzamer reisgedrag van medewerkers; • goed werkgeverschap; • het stimuleren van aanwezigheid en ontmoeting op kantoor; • een uitvoerbare en beheersbare inrichting van processen en systemen.
