Pursuant to Section 3-13(d) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules (PPB), The Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), on behalf of the Mayors Office of the CTO (MOCTO) intends to enter into a Government to Government Contract with GSA/18F for agile digital product development and project de-risking to work on an upcoming digital SWAT Team project with MOCTO staff.
