Model Calculations of Effects of Relevant Mobility Developments (IMA 2026)

This tender concerns the application of traffic and transport models for the prediction of the effects of relevant mobility developments, as part of the Integral Mobility Analysis 2026 (IMA 2026). The core objective is to utilize these models to forecast the impact of anticipated changes in mobility patterns on both passenger and freight transport. The scope of work primarily involves conducting a maximum of 24 model runs using up to three distinct models. These calculations are essential for assessing the consequences of various mobility scenarios. Additionally, the project requires the determination of 12 key indicators to measure and evaluate the predicted effects. A crucial component of the analysis will be the execution of up to two uncertainty explorations, designed to understand the potential range of outcomes and the sensitivity of the predictions to varying assumptions. Finally, the contractor will be responsible for producing a maximum of two final reports, summarizing the findings, methodologies, and implications of the model calculations and uncertainty analyses.
