Modernization of HWKS_TA ELT Equipment Groups 4-5+8

This tender concerns the planning services for the technical equipment (ELT) for the modernization of the Education and Technology Center and the boarding school of the Chamber of Crafts Schwerin. Key aspects include adapting the roofs (barrel vault and flat roofs) to current energy efficiency standards, optimizing thermal insulation against summer and winter heat for facades and roofs to match new room functions, and implementing structural and technical fire protection measures arising from functional changes. The estimated construction cost framework (Cost Groups 300 and 400, DIN 276) is approximately EUR 19.0 million gross (EUR 18 million for the Education and Technology Center + EUR 1 million for the boarding school). The project is scheduled to commence in March 2025, with the completion of planning Phase 8 targeted for the second quarter of 2031.
