Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka a montáž osobních výtahů ve stávajících panelových bytových domech na ulici Ibsenova 122/9, 638 00 Brno, Ibsenova 123/10, 638 00 Brno a Ibsenova 124/11, 638 00 Brno, které jsou součástí pozemků parc. č. 217, 218 a 219, vše v katastrálním území Lesná. Předmětem plnění je odstranění původních výtahů a stavební úpravy původních výtahových šachet pro umístění nových výtahových technologií. Výtahy budou typu bezstrojovnové, stávající strojovny na střechách nebudou využity. Zásah do nosných konstrukcí se nepředpokládá. Součástí předmětu plnění je poskytování bezplatného záručního servisu po dobu 5 let.
