Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Modernizacja ciągów komunikacyjnych” korytarza poziomu -1 w budynku Zespołu Państwowych Szkół Muzycznych nr 4 im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Warszawie. W zakres wchodzi: • Demontaż okładzin z gresu i lastryka. • Wywiezieni i utylizacja gruzu. • Naprawa pęknięć i ubytków posadzki i schodów • Wyrównanie wysokości stopni, doprowadzenie do zgodności z przepisami • Wykonanie okładzin z pyt gresu o wymiarach 60 x 30 w kolorze szarym. • Wykonanie oznaczenia schodów zgodnie z przepisami (oznaczenie kontrastowe). • Dostawa i montaż nowych balustrad wykonanych ze stali nierdzewnej. • Przygotowanie ścian i sufitów do malowania. • Malowanie ścian i sufitów w kolorze uzgodnionym z Zamawiającym farbami ceramicznymi. • Wykonanie pasa „lamperii” na modernizowanych ciągach komunikacyjnych – lakierowanie na całej wysokości.
