1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych zadania pn: „Modernizacja drogi wewnętrznej na działce nr 291 i 349 obręb 2-Florczaki, gmina Łukta” Przedmiot zamówienia nazwany jest w dalszej części SWZ „obiektem” lub „przedmiotem zamówienia”. 2. W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się: Odtworzenie trasy i punktów wysokościowych oraz sporządzenie inwentaryzacji powykonawczej drogi, Ścinanie i uzupełnianie poboczy, Wykonanie nawierzchni jezdni z mieszanki 0/31,5 niezwiązanej z kruszywem C50/30 stabilizowanej mechanicznie, Wykonanie podłoża ulepszonego z gruntu związanego cementem C1,5/2 ≤ 4,0 Mpa gr. 20 cm jezdnia i pobocze, Odnowę i oczyszczenie rowów przydrożnych z namułu. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w niniejszym postępowaniu został zawarty w dokumentacji projektowej, Specyfikacjach Technicznych Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych (STWiORB), przedmiarach robót, SWZ, wzorze umowy wraz załącznikami. 4. Wykonawca wykona przedmiot zamówienia na podstawie dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych (STWiORB), SIWZ wraz z załącznikami, pytaniami i odpowiedziami udzielonymi w trakcie procedury o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego oraz przedmiarami robót, a także, obowiązującymi przepisami szczegółowymi i sztuką budowlaną wraz z okresem gwarancji i rękojmi. Podstawą sporządzenia oferty jest dokumentacja projektowa, STWiORB oraz udzielone odpowiedzi na zapytania w trakcie procedury o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego. Przedmiary stanowią tylko materiał pomocniczy. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. 5.
