Zamawiający, Gmina Gruta realizuje projekt pn.: Modernizacja gospodarki wodno-ściekowej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą na terenie gminy Gruta w ramach projektu nr FEKP.02.20-IZ.00-0005/25 współfinansowanego z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Priorytetu 2. Fundusze Europejskie dla czystej energii i ochrony zasobów środowiska regionu Działania 2.20 Efektywne gospodarowanie wodą do spożycia i poprawa jej, jakości OPPT Celu szczegółowego 2 (v.) Wspieranie dostępu do wody oraz zrównoważonej gospodarki wodnej programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Kujaw i Pomorza 2021-2027 Przedmiotowe zamówienie to: 1) dostawa hydrantów, 2) montaż infrastruktury telemetrycznej, 3) dostawa i montaż Wodomierzy. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, wdrożenie, rozbudowa, zintegrowanie i utrzymanie działania Systemu do stacjonarnego zdalnego odczytu wodomierzy na terenie Gminy Gruta z wykorzystaniem technologii radiowej w paśmie 868MHz niewymagającej zezwoleń, umożliwiającej w przyszłości włączenie do systemu innych urządzeń SmartCity jak np. sterowników inteligentnego oświetlenia ulicznego czy czujników parkingowych. Poprzez System Zamawiający rozumie nakładki na wodomierze, oprogramowanie nakładek, urządzenia mobilne (w tym smartfony i urządzenia radiowe), a także oprogramowanie do analizy danych zainstalowane na serwerze posiadanym przez Zamawiającego. Odczyty dokonywane będą zdalnie automatycznie poprzez sieć LoRa do serwera Zamawiającego lub przez inkasentów. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane urządzenia były zaprojektowane, wyprodukowane i oprogramowane na terenie Unii Europejskiej lub EOG, posiadały wsparcie w Polsce i spełniały wymogi dyrektywy NIS2.
