1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i montaż 340 foteli oraz ułożenie 360 m2 wykładziny obiektowej w sali widowiskowo-teatralnej „Sokół” zlokalizowanej w Starogardzie Gdańskim przy Al. Jana Pawła II nr 2 zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ oraz umową. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Dostarczane fotele oraz wykładzina muszą być fabrycznie nowe, kompletne, nieużywane, nieuszkodzone, wolne od wad i sprawne technicznie. 4. Zakup i montaż musi być dostosowany do wymiarów i warunków sali widowiskowo- teatralnej. 5. Rozkład i sposób zamontowania foteli musi spełniać wymogi aktualnych przepisów i norm, a w szczególności § 261 Rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury z 12 kwietnia 2002 roku w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie (t.j.: Dz. U. z 2022 r., poz. 1225 z późn. zm.). 6. Ułożona wykładzina obiektowa musi spełniać wymogi określone PN (grubość, trudno zapalność, toksyczność, ścieralność, klasę użytkową, antystatykę). 7. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do prawidłowego montażu foteli i wykładziny tj. zgodnie z wszelkimi przepisami prawa, posiadanymi certyfikatami użytkowania oraz obowiązującymi normami i wymogami odnoszącymi się do tego typu obiektów. 8. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć przedmiot zamówienia, własnym transportem w miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego. Do obowiązków Wykonawcy należy również wypakowanie, montaż, przetestowanie i serwis gwarancyjny.
