1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja modułów mieszkalnych w Domach Studenckich Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego Kredka i Ołówek wraz z dostosowaniem budynków do obowiązujących przepisów przeciwpożarowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Zał. nr 3 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia wraz z dokumentacją techniczną. Jest to plik skompresowany o rozszerzeniu .zip, który zawiera pliki stanowiące opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego określone zostały w Zał. nr 4 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 4. Roboty będą prowadzone etapowo w czynnych domach studenckich, przy zachowaniu ciągłości funkcjonowania obiektów i z uwzględnieniem obecności mieszkańców. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do posiadania przez cały okres realizacji zamówienia wymaganych ubezpieczeń związanych z realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia określonych w rozdz. VII SWZ.
