1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania pn. „Modernizacja placu zabaw przy Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym w Rusocicach” 2. Zakres robót: 1) Zadanie obejmuje modernizację polegającą na remoncie istniejącego placu zabaw przy Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi na dz. nr 453 obręb 0009 w m. Rusocice gm. Czernichów. 2) W ramach inwestycji przewiduje się: - demontaż podziemnego zbiornika na nieczystości (wg. osobnego opracowania), - wymianę urządzeń zabawowych, - wymianę nawierzchni piaskowej i trawiastej na bezpieczną poliuretanową, - wymianę elementów małej architektury. 3) Pełny zakres inwestycji zawarty jest w dokumentacji projektowej, przedmiarze robót, SWZ wraz z załącznikami. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wykonania po zakończeniu zadania: 1) inwentaryzacji powykonawczej wraz z niezbędnymi uzgodnieniami; 2) dostarczenie dla wbudowanych materiałów i zainstalowanych urządzeń: kart katalogowych, atestów, aprobat, gwarancji itp. w postaci posegregowanej i skatalogowanej 3) sporządzenia instrukcji postępowania na wypadek pożaru i instrukcję bezpieczeństwa pożarowego;
