1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac remontowo-modernizacyjnych w obiekcie Przystani Kajakowej w Elblągu przy ul. Radomskiej 5. 2. Zamawiający informuje, że zadanie współfinansowane będzie ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego, w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Warmii i Mazur na lata 2021-2027, Priorytet FEWM.11 Turystyka i kultura, Działania FEWM.11.02 Publiczna oferta turystyczna (Schemat A). 3. Główne miejsce lub lokalizacja robót budowlanych: ul. Radomska 5, 82-300 Elbląg, działka nr 95/2, 96/2 obręb 13. 4. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Wymianę pokrycia dachowego bez ingerencji w konstrukcję dachu, wymianę orynnowania, wykonanie prac dekarskich, remont zadaszonego tarasu. 2) Remont i wyposażenie następujących pomieszczeń: a. dwóch pomieszczeń sanitarnych i przyległych do nich 3 szatni i 2 toalet, b. ergometrów, c. sali sportowej, d. siłowni, e. basenu ćwiczeń, f. WC ogólnodostępnego, g. suszarni, h. biurowego z sanitariatem i prysznicem, i. prysznica z WC, j. gospodarczych, k. korytarzy. 3) Instalację monitoringu w następujących pomieszczeniach: a. sala sportowa, b. świetlica c. korytarze, d. siłownia, e. sala ergonometrów, f. basen ćwiczeń. 4) Dostawę i montaż 3 szt. solarów. 5) Dostawę i montaż 8 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych z magazynem energii. 6) Zabudowanie pionowych elementów instalacji kanalizacyjnej płytą GK wodoodporną. 7) Wymianę na skraju parkingu od strony brzegowej płytki ostrzegawczej dla osób z niepełnosprawnością wzrokową. 5. Zamawiający informuje, że realizacja zamówienia prowadzona będzie w czynnym obiekcie. 6. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia określa Załącznik do umowy, rzut pomieszczeń, przedmiar robót oraz Specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót.
