3. The scope of work includes:
1) dismantling of existing analog BNC cameras and CCTV system devices (80 points);
2) supply and installation of new analog BNC cameras on existing coaxial cabling and new recorders (80 points) along with camera power supplies;
3) supply, installation, and configuration of a new IP technology visual monitoring system;
4) installation of new cabling (structured LAN cabling min. Cat. 5e,);
5) installation of 33 new cameras in locations indicated by the Ordering Party;
6) preparation of as-built documentation and handover upon signing the acceptance protocol;
7) provision of warranty and warranty service for the period indicated by the Contractor in the offer form (extending the warranty period is one of the offer evaluation criteria);
8) training of employees indicated by the Ordering Party in system operation.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and quantity of goods ordered, is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which, as Annex No. 3, is an integral part of the SWZ.
5. All work related to the comprehensive modernization of the visual monitoring system will be carried out at the Social Welfare Home at ul. Karmelkowa 25 of the Municipal Social Services Center in Wrocław.
6. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement.
7. In cases where the subject of the order is described by the Ordering Party by reference to the standards referred to in Article 101(1)(2) of the Pzp Act and Article 101(3) of the Pzp Act - the Ordering Party hereby indicates that it permits equivalent solutions to those described, and each such reference in the order documents is accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
8. Pursuant to Article 281(2)(12) of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party will conduct a site visit. Due to the specificity of the facility and the impossibility of fully describing the conditions for the execution of the order in the documentation, the Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has conducted a site visit of the area covered by the subject of the order. The Ordering Party ensures equal access to all interested contractors by organizing more than one site visit date. The Contractor is obliged to participate in the site visit at the place of execution of the Subject of the Order in order to include in the offer all necessary activities, materials, and devices, including those whose installation may prove necessary during the execution of the Agreement. The site visit is mandatory.
9. Failure by the Contractor to attend the mandatory site visit will result in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Pzp Act.
10. The site visit will take place on 09.06.2026 at 9:00 AM - participants will gather in front of the main building “A” - Social Welfare Home at ul. Karmelkowa 25 in Wrocław.
11. The Ordering Party, at the request of Contractors not participating in the visit, will organize a second visit, which will be conducted on the same terms as the first site visit. The date of the second site visit will be published on the website of the ongoing procedure. In the event of an additional visit, the ordering party will consider extending the offer submission deadline.
