The subject of the order will be carried out in 5 (five) Stages, including: 2.1. Stage 1 – Design documentation for the P2X plant, 2.2. Stage 2 – Supply of P2X plant components, 2.3. Stage 3 – Dismantling of inactive research infrastructure at the site intended for the installation of the designed P2X plant, 2.4. Stage 4 – Installation and integration of the P2X plant with the existing CCTW infrastructure, 4.2.5. Stage 5 – Start-up, optimization and commissioning of the P2X research plant. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is included in the Technical Specification, which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, along with the documents constituting: ● Annex 3a to SWZ - PROCESS DESIGN - Development of guidelines for the P2X plant fuel synthesis module, including the integration of the P2X plant into the CCTW+ infrastructure, ● Annex 3b to SWZ - schedule for the execution of the subject of the order. The schedule for the execution of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 3b to SWZ, is framework in nature and serves as a reference point for the Contractor when developing the detailed Schedule referred to in the Agreement in accordance with its provisions (in particular, taking into account the deadlines for Milestones, Exclusivity Periods and the framework plan for Research Windows). The detailed schedule, prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Agreement, will constitute Annex No. 1 to the Agreement and replaces the framework schedule constituting Annex No. 3b to SWZ, ● Annex 3c to SWZ - Requirements for the Execution Design, ● Annex 3d to SWZ - Explosion hazard assessment, ● Annex 3e to SWZ - Fire safety regulations, ● Annex 3f to SWZ - Consolidated Health and Safety Technology Instructions. 4. The Contracting Authority REQUIRES the Contractor to conduct a site visit (ul. Zamkowa 1, 41-803 Zabrze). 5. The Contracting Authority sets the date for the site visit: in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ. Contractors wishing to conduct a site visit are requested to contact in advance to arrange the day and time of the meeting at the Contracting Authority's premises. The designated contact person for this purpose is Mr. Łukasz Gawliński e-mail: lgawlinski@itpe.pl, tel. 032 6216700. 6. Failure by the Contractor to conduct a site visit will result in the rejection of the offer on the basis of Art. 226 sec. 1 item 18) of the PPL Act. 7. Conducting a site visit will be possible after signing and submitting to the Contracting Authority the signed Confidentiality Agreement – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Contractor, after submitting the confidentiality agreement, signed with a qualified signature by persons authorized to represent the Contractor, will be able to conduct the site visit. The Contractor is obliged to submit the agreement to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of point 14.10.SWZ. 8. Documents constituting Annexes No. 3a, No. 3d, No. 3e and No. 3f to the SWZ will be provided to the Contractor after the site visit and submission of the relevant confidentiality agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Contractor will receive a link to the file with the technical documentation at the e-mail address indicated in the declaration. 9. The warranty period required by the Contracting Authority is a minimum of 24 months from the defect-free acceptance of the subject of the order. If the manufacturer of individual devices within the subject of the order has granted the Contractor a longer warranty than the offered warranty for the entire subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for a period equal to the period specified by the manufacturer. 10. The costs of participation in the proceedings, and in particular the costs of preparing the offer, are covered by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings (except for the circumstances referred to in Art. 261 PPL).
