Module-specific implementation of SAP S/4HANA - Lot 1 Commercial FI/CO

The following specialist lot is being awarded: Lot 1 Commercial: The commercial lot includes the central areas of Finance, Controlling, and Sales. The business of Hamburger Hochbahn AG is highly project-driven: particularly in the areas of construction projects, sustainability, and the acquisition of public funding (genuine public subsidies), sound professional expertise regarding compliance with legal regulations and auditing best practices is required. Description of the procurement (type and scope of service or specification of needs and requirements) The contractors of the respective lots are obliged to align their work packages in terms of content, organization, and time with the framework conditions defined by the project manager. Within the lots, operational project coordination – such as resource planning, internal progress control, and departmental communication – is the responsibility of the respective sub-project. Interfaces, dependencies, and handovers between the lots must be closely coordinated with the project manager and implemented and documented in accordance with the central project requirements. This division of tasks ensures that project work can be carried out in a structured, consistent, and integrated manner across all sub-projects. The contractors of the individual lots are responsible for independent communication within their sub-project, in particular: - Ensuring communication with the involved organizational units, - Timely provision of relevant information and status reports in the agreed format, - Participation in cross-project committees and coordination meetings, - Active participation in interface communication with adjacent lots. Communication takes place within the structures and standards set by the project manager. Testers will be trained by the contractors to operate the respective Fiori or TAC. For technical implementation: Customizing Setting of module-specific system settings according to the blueprints of the aforementioned scope items. The blueprints and the included customizing are predominantly described from a functional perspective. Here, the service is tendered with the required competence to set up the corresponding customizing path. Programming Implementation of program and report requirements from the blueprints in compliance with the programming guidelines and naming conventions of Hamburger Hochbahn AG. In general, the goal is to stay close to the standard and potentially become Clean-Core capable, therefore the scope of report development is limited. The requirements can include Dynpros, Fiori, and batch programs. Delimitation from IT sub-project or DL-Ü: - No interfaces - No cross-system adjustments - No migration programs Creation of reports embedded BW Creation of queries in S/4HANA embedded BW according to the requirements from the blueprint. The evaluations and controls for which ERP module specialists and their managers are responsible should be offered directly in the embedded BW. For this purpose, simple queries without backend programming are to be implemented. Delimitation from TP Reporting or DL-Ü: - No implementation in SAC - No DataMarts or persistence alongside ERP master tables - Only SAP BW, no other DB or frontends Test management (test cases and execution) Definition of the necessary test cases to perform functional tests and integration tests. The test cases should map the existing equivalence classes as completely as possible.
