Framework amount: net HUF 25,100,000, of which the Contracting Authority undertakes to utilize 70% of the framework amount. Establishment of a consignment warehouse: The winning tenderer is obliged to provide the entire consignment warehouse stock to the Buyer within 5 calendar days of signing the contract at the following location: 8621 Zamárdi Tóközi bejáró 1. Consignment stock level: 20% The Contracting Authority undertakes to issue individual orders amounting to at least 70% of the net framework amount, provided that the framework agreement is not terminated with immediate effect prior to this. The winning tenderer bears the risk of revenue loss arising from the non-utilization or partial utilization of the remaining part of the framework amount, and the winning tenderer is not entitled to claim damages, compensation, or any other claim from the Contracting Authority for any reason whatsoever in relation thereto. The parts and all their components must be new and unused. As part of the offer, a PROFESSIONAL OFFER must be submitted, in which the manufacturer and type of the offered products constitute the professional offer (Price breakdown table and Technical compliance document) according to § 3, point 37 of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), therefore, if the manufacturer and type are not indicated for any product, these will be considered non-remediable defects and will lead to the invalidity of the offer. In the Technical compliance document, the tenderer must declare the technical compliance of the offered products for each parameter and requirement specified by the Contracting Authority. The document constitutes a professional offer according to § 3, point 37 of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), therefore its supplementation is only possible to a limited extent. The professional offer can be supplemented to a limited extent, according to § 71 (8) b) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.)!
