Description

27-Oct-2026 The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer shall support the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Project Catalysing Integrated Trade and Industrial Policy Reform: Implementing the AfCFTA/AIDA Impact Assessments in Selected African Economies in Transition , within the Directorate of Infrastructure, Industrialization, Trade, Economy, and Regional Integration, AUDA-NEPAD. This will include, but not be limited to, supporting the development and implementation of the project monitoring and evaluation framework, tracking progress against agreed indicators and targets, maintaining project data and records, preparing progress and M&E reports, and supporting reporting and communication with AUDA-NEPAD and the African Development Bank. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer shall ensure that project results are monitored, documented, and reported accurately and in full compliance with AUDA-NEPAD and African Development Bank requirements, while promoting accountability, transparency, learning, and effective project performance management. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/monitoring_and_evaluation_officer-_reoi-august_1.pdf
